I have been helping Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut Buyers and Sellers with all of their real estate needs since 1978. Having been responsible for helping thousands of first time buyers, families, corporate relocations, senior citizens and estates, both moving up, down-sizing or finding that first home, I’ve learned many things. First and foremost, the most important real estate transaction in the world is yours! Managing the process and navigating the way through from step one ultimately to the closing table is a complicated and emotional event that can be very trying on most buyers and sellers. My job is minimize that stress and be a calming influence to insure that the entire event both has a positive outcome and is enjoyable along the way.

I am married to my wonderful wife Lauren. I have one son, Nicholas who is in business with me following the philosophy of the Slocum family in his career achievements as well as 2 other children, Alicia & Sean who enjoy their own personal career success’s. Our three children and their incredible spouses have blessed us with 6 unbelievable grandchildren. I enjoy traveling, golf, the Patriots and Red Sox (even before they were World Champions) and most of all, boating where I previously achieved my 100 ton certificate and Captains License from the U.S. Coast Guard.
