About Liz ShalveyMy Real Estate career began in 1987 when I loved the thought of the freedom I would have in my new career as my husband and I were just starting our family. I think I was always meant to be a realtor as I’ve always had a passion for learning about houses since both of my grandmothers owned their own homes back in the early 60′s and the thought of helping others accomplish their home ownership goals was a personal passion. In 1991 my husband and I along with our soon to be 3 children moved back to Warwick, a community I truly love and have enjoyed raising our family in.
Over the years, I have enjoyed having been affiliated with a few different real estate companies, both franchised and other independents and have learned a great deal from each. I have been extremely fortunate to achieve many Multi-Million Dollar Sales Awards due to my clients and customers loyalty for which I am extremely grateful. Each one of those clients has blessed me with an amazing sense of fulfillment and pure pride in my ability to help them through the exciting, emotional and rewarding process of buying and selling their homes.
I am so excited that I have recently joined one of the oldest and well respected real estate brokerages in RI, Slocum Realty. Their new office offers state of the art technologies, convenient location and first-class amenities to best serve our clients, I am very excited to be part of this amazing team! I am honored to be associated with the best bunch of agents I know and a remarkable broker/owner. They are also truly committed to advanced technology and superior marketing efforts which is where I need to be to help my clients! In addition, we offer both real estate and insurance services in-house and I have aspirations to pursue getting my insurance license in the very near future as well to provide full, professional and long-term service to all my clients.
My hobbies include all sports (playing softball especially) …or anything outdoors! Cycling, swimming, running, reading, cooking, and playing with my 6-year-old granddaughter, Lyla Rose!
