Dave helped us to sell my mother's house after she passed away.  As we prepared the house for sale, the need arose to hire a roofer, a painter, and someone to run an estate sale.  Dave made excellent referrals for all of these.  

His selling strategy resulted in a sale in less than a week at a price higher than the listing price.  From start to finish Dave made the whole process run smoothly and more easily than we expected it to be.  He was always available, was comfortable to work with, was professional and HONEST!
