David Antonelli is a Broker Associate at Slocum Realty. He was born and raised in Rhode Island and has lived across many communities within the state and is well versed in the attributes of each community in RI. He takes great pride in knowing the communities in which his clients a buy and sell homes. David understands what it takes to negotiate positive real estate transaction for his clients. It takes knowing his clients goals and objectives and being able to engage buyers/sellers, follow-up, and close the deal efficiently and effectively.

Along with obtaining his Broker’s license, David has also obtained his Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation and his Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) designation. Prospective buyers and sellers can be assured that with this GRI designation David has distinguished himself with in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process and the RENE designation gives David an arsenal of tools to be a skillful advocate for his clients.

As a graduate of Bryant University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, David has a wealth of business, accounting and finance knowledge having worked over 20 years as an Auditor in the Insurance Industry and within State Government with the Office of the Auditor General. He is also a veteran, having served as an Officer in the U.S. Army.

He and Janet his wife of 16 years have four children and reside in North Kingstown and Green Hill Beach.
